2. How do I know which products are right for my skin type?
  • Check the product descriptions — we indicate whether they're suited for dry, oily, combination, or sensitive skin.
  • Start with patch testing: apply a small amount on your inner wrist or behind your ear and wait 24 hours to observe any reaction.
  • If in doubt, reach out to us via our contact form with details about your skin (e.g. sensitivity, current concerns) and we’ll help you choose.
3. Are all of your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Olga is committed to cruelty-free practices. We do not test on animals and source ingredients responsibly.

4. Are your ingredients natural / organic?

We aim to use high-quality natural and botanical ingredients wherever possible. For each product, we list a full ingredients panel so you can review each component.

5. Do your products contain harsh chemicals or parabens?

No. We avoid parabens, sulfates (SLS/SLES), synthetic dyes, and other potentially irritating additives. However, always review ingredient lists in case of personal sensitivities.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll provide a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use that number on the courier’s website to check status.

7. How long before I see results?

Skincare is not instant. Most users start to notice improvements (hydration, glow, texture) in 3–4 weeks of consistent use. For more dramatic changes, such as reducing pigmentation or fine lines, expect 8–12 weeks or more depending on your skin condition.

8. Can I use multiple Olga products together?

Yes — our line is designed to be combined. However:

  • Introduce one new product at a time so you can monitor for sensitivity.
  • Avoid layering too many actives at once (e.g. retinol + strong acids).
  • Use gentle, hydrating products in the morning and reserve actives for evening.
9. Are your products safe during pregnancy / breastfeeding?

Some active ingredients (e.g. retinoids, strong acids) are not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always consult your healthcare provider. You may stick to gentle, hydrating, and natural formulations during this period.

10. How do I place an order?
  • Browse our product catalog, choose your desired item(s), and add to cart.
  • Proceed to checkout, provide your shipping & billing information, and pay via the available payment methods.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation by email or SMS.
11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept popular payment options in Pakistan — for example bank transfers, Jazz Cash/ Easy paisa and cash on delivery (COD). (You may specify which ones you accept.)

12. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, under certain conditions:

  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Custom or opened products may not be eligible.
  • Customer covers the return shipping unless it was a mistake on our part.
13. What if a product arrives damaged or incorrect?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, provide photos of the damage or wrong item, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

14. Are there any precautions I should take?
  • Always do a patch test before full use.
  • Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
  • If excessive irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist or contact us.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
